Victorians would enjoy a free drink on the house under a Liberal National plan to get family, friends and loved ones back in their favorite pub, bar or licensed venue.
After enduring the world’s longest lockdown, Victoria’s hospitality industry and the tens of thousands of jobs it supports has been devastated.
As lockdown restrictions begin to ease, the first few months of trade will be critical for the hospitality sector to get back on its feet.
That’s why a Victorian Liberal National Government would deliver 1 million free drinks at licensed venues across Victoria under a $10 million On The House program.
Under this program, Victorians would receive a $10 voucher towards their favourite drink, limited to one per person via a State Government operated QR code system.
This plan will deliver a much-needed boost to Victoria’s hospitality sector and help rebuild social connections after the world’s longest lockdown.
