Hi, I’m Shane Sali,

I was born and raised in Shepparton and my wife, Lirie, and I have chosen to raise our three kids here as well.

Before serving the community on council, I worked in small local businesses I‘ve had firsthand experience running a business, managing a budget and supporting staff.

One thing has always been front of mind to me, delivering real outcomes for our community, from the Lenne Street drainage upgrade in Mooroopna to supporting our community to recover after the devastating 2022 floods. I have stood up for our community, fought for the services and infrastructure we need, and built a reputation as a hard-working, practical community advocate who keeps their word and gets things done.

I am putting my hand up because the Shepparton District deserves better than the 12 years of neglect from Labor. We need action on the issues hitting our community hardest: cost-of-living pressures, road safety, water security, crime, and access to healthcare.

If elected, I will be a hardworking local voice for Shepparton. I will listen, I will keep my word, and work to make sure our children have the same chance to build their lives here that my wife and I had.
