Update Of Membership Direct Debit Details

I/We request and authorise the National Party of Australia - Victoria (User Identification Number 493) to arrange for any amount the National Party of Australia - Victoria may debit or charge you to be debited through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System from an account held at the financial institution identified below subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement. For a copy of the agreement, please contact Head Office on (03) 9600 1424. The Party can only draw from your bank account the amount of the membership subscription authorised by each Annual Conference and notified in the National Outlook Magazine. The debit when drawn will show on your bank statement.
