IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS YEAR’S STATE CONFERENCE

Unfortunately the venue we had planned to host conference in this year is now unable to due to COVID restrictions.

The Nationals 2021 State Conference will now be held at The Wonthaggi Workmen’s Club – 75 Graham St, Wonthaggi VIC 3995.

This new location is only just up the road from our original venue of the RACV Resort in Inverloch, and all other details such as timings are the same.

Our apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause, but the Board felt it was important that we could get as many people into Conference as possible, and that limiting numbers due to COVID was unfair on members who may have wanted to participate in debates and elections.

What you need to do:

Registration

If you have already registered for Conference, you do not need to do anything. Your registration will automatically transfer to the new venue.

If you have not registered for Conference yet you can RSVP by visiting https://vic.nationals.org.au/2021-state-conference-wonthaggi/

If for some reason you can’t attend Conference at the new venue please contact Head Office on 03 9600 1424.

Accommodation

If you have booked accommodation at the RACV Inverloch, you are welcome to keep your booking, as the new venue is only a short 15 minute drive away. If a sufficient number of members decide to stay at the RACV resort we will organise shuttle buses to take people to and from the Gala Dinner on the Friday night.

If you would like to relocate to closer accommodation, we have arranged for the RACV to provide you with a full refund. Please call the RACV resort on 03 5674 0000 at your earliest convenience to make these arrangements.
